Rasnov is a city in Brasov county. Between
this town and Brasov is a distance of 15 km and the same distance form Rasnov to Bran. It was founded around 1225 by German Teutonic Knights.
Here is a beautiful fortress, located on the top of a hill was built in the 14th century and it had a defensive role for the people of Rasnov and the villages near it from the invasions happening at that time.
